RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our policy lasts 14 days from purchase date. After 14 days, a return or exchange will not be allowed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags attached. To complete your return, we require a return form to be submitted.
Before shipping your product back to us, please submit a return form and allow up to 24 hours for your return claim to be accepted via email.

Receiving A Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Upon receipt of the item, your refund will be processed and store credit will be given.
Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Her Modesty, LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen items once USPS tracking confirms items have been delivered to the specified shipping address. We will only resend the order if the package has been confirmed via USPS tracking that the package was lost during transit.
